5.3Transports
5.3.1 Preconditions
The robot
:
Maintain the original packaging during transport, the packaging materials stored
in a dry place. It may then be necessary to pack and move the robot. Move the
robot from the robot's packaging material to the installation position while lifting
the robot tube. Hold the robot until all the bolts on the base of the robot are
securely fastened. The entire transport process until the robot is fixed, the robot
should be kept packaged pose.
The control system
:
The control system should be lifted with the handle. In the transport and
placement should be kept vertical, the transport process to avoid vibration and
collision, so as to avoid damage to the control system.
Use appropriate lifting equipment to ensure that
your back and other body parts are not
excessively loaded when lifted. Follow all regional
and national guidelines. The robot manufacturer
is not responsible for the damage caused during
the transport of the equipment.
Be sure to strictly observe the installation
instructions in chapter 5 when installing the
robot.

please refer to the technical parameters.
5.3.2 Robot packaging
Packaging steps are as follows:
1. Remove any external tools and external electrical connection;
2. Move the robot to the packing position and turn off the robot power
;
3. Disconnect the robot from the control box and power supply and
remove the mounting screws;
4. Package the robot and control system in the specified package, making
sure that the robot and control system are oriented correctly.
