4.2Payload
4.2.1 Basic payload parameters
Rated payload
5 kg
Moment of inertia permitted
0.25 kgm²
Distance of load gravity center Lxy
80 mm
Distance of load gravity center Lz
50 mm
4.2.2 Payload diagram
Rated payload size and payload center of gravity to the end of the shaft flange
distance. For a given payload with Moment of inertia less than0.25k
gm²
, the
center of gravity of the payload and the nominal offset distance of the end flange
are shown in the payload curve in Figure 4.2.2.
This payload curve corresponds to the maximum load capacity. The load capacity
varies with the moment of inertia. Each payload must check two values (payload
and moment of inertia). For the specific payload evaluation, please contact your
local supplier.
Don’t make robot over max payload, it will
decrease robot’s working time and may cause
danger.
The payload and moments of inertia obtained here are very important in planning
the use of the robot. User must follow the corresponding operation and
programming instructions, it is necessary to input the payload and moment of
inertia into the robot control system when putting the robot into operation.
