High accelerative or vibrative condition may cause the robot collision
detection function on, robot will stop even it’s in safe environment.
Make sure that the robot is properly and safely
installed. The installation surface must be
shockproof.
5.1.2 Tools Installation
The tool flange of the robot has four M6 threaded holes for connecting the tool to
the robot.9N•m torque is recommended to be used to fix these threaded
holes.Considering the tool accuracy requirement and tool interchangeablity, there
is a Ø6 pin hole on the tool flange,fixing the tool with pins through Ø6 pin hole.
The position of pin holes and installation screw is shown in the Figure 5.1.2.
Make sure that the tool is properly and securely
installed.
Make sure the tool is safe,and there is no risk of
accidental fall of parts.

5.1.3 Control box Installation
The control box should be placed on flat ground. The control box should maintain
50mm of space on each side to make sure that air can flow smoothly.
