Never connect a safety signal to a non-safety PLC
that does not have the proper safety rating.
Failure to follow this warning could result in
serious injury or death of a member due to
failure of a safety stop function. Be sure to
separate the safety interface signal from the
normal I / O interface signal.
All safety signals are redundant (two independent
channels).Keeping both channels independent
ensures that safety features are not lost in the
event of a single fault.
Some I/O inside the control box can be
configured as normal I / O or safety I / O.
Please ensure that all the equipment that is not
water-stained remains dry. If water gets in the
product, cut off the power and contact your
supplier.
Only use the robot's original cable. If the robot in
applications where the cable needs to be bent
frequently, or if you need a longer cable or
flexible cable, please contact your supplier.
The negative connector refers to the ground
"GND" connector and it is connected to the
protective cover of the robot and control box. All
of the GND connectors mentioned in this article
apply only to powering and transmitting signals.
For Protective Earth (PE), use the M6 screw
connector marked with the earth mark in the
control box. The ground connector should have at
least the rated current of the highest current in
the system.
Be careful when installing the interface cable to
the robot I / O.
The length of the I / O cable used to connect the
control box to other machinery and plant
equipment shall not exceed 30 meters, unless it is
demonstrated that an extended test has been
conducted.
