When using a fraction collector made by other manufacturer, check
that the back pressure caused by connecting the fraction collector
does not exceed the limit that the detector can resist. Pay attention
to pressure change,
as
well
as
back pressure when switching the
preparative valve.

Changing the tubing connection
Open the front panel and change the piping connection
because large-scale preparative mode has different plumbing.
