NOTE
• You cannot switch the input mode if a device is not connected.
• You do not need to select the drive/server in step 2 when
there is only one drive in the connected device or there is
only one home network server connected to the TV.
• You cannot enter these modes when there is no server
connected to the TV in home network mode.
• The key guide display disappears automatically after a few
seconds. To display the key guide display again, press
DISPLAY
.
You can connect the TV to a USB memory device,
USB hard disk drive (HDD), SD/SDHC memory card
or home network server to enjoy viewing pictures,
listening to music, and watching videos.
The USB
memory device can also be used for recording.
NOTE
• Depending on the USB memory device/USB hard disk
drive (HDD)/SD/SDHC card/home network server, the TV
may not be able to recognise the recorded data.
• It may take time to read the recorded data if the USB
memory device/USB hard disk drive (HDD)/SD/SDHC card/
home network server contains many files or folders.
• Use only alphanumeric characters for naming files.
• File names over 80 characters (may vary depending on
character set) may not be displayed.
• External subtitles for some video files may not be
supported.
• Partitioned USB hard disk drives are not supported.
Therefore, use only USB hard disk drives that are not
partitioned.
• Only compatible file formats are displayed.
• To play back data on a USB memory device or SD/SDHC
card, insert the device on the TV. Select “Multimedia” from
“INPUT”.
• Use the following procedure to switch back to Multimedia
after switching from Multimedia to another mode.
• The corresponding file format is different between
“Multimedia” and “Home network”.
