Front side
4) Install pipe and hose (95) of water inlet to the heat exchanger,
fix firmly clamp (93) and tighten bolts (92) and (94) to the
specified tightening torque.
Tightening torque for water inlet pipe to heat
exchanger bolt and union nut:
4 Kg-m (40 Nm)
5) Install compressor (96) and belt (97) (see 6A-60).

External components installation on the work
bench
Intake manifold and air inlet box
1) Put new gasket on cylinder head, install intake manifold
(86) and fix it with nuts (85) tightened to the specified torque.
Tightening torque for intake manifold nuts:
2,5 kg-m (25 Nm)
2) Install pressure tube (91) of the L.D.A device and tighten
union nut (90) to the specified tightening torque

3) Install fuel supply tube (87), thermo starter electrovalve (89)
and tighten union nut (88) to the specified tightening torque.
Tightening torques:
• L.D.A device pressure tube union nut (intake mani-
fold and injection pump):
1 Kg-m (10 Nm)
• Fuel supply inlet of thermostarter electrovalve union
nut bolt:
1,8 Kg-m (18 Nm)
