This product carries the recycling symbol in
accordance with EU Directive 2002/96/EC. Disposal
via domestic or residual waste is not permitted. The
dealer / manufacturer is the contact person
responsible for disposal.

Error and problem handling
In the event that the recommended solutions do not solve the
problem, please contact Customer Services or your dealer.
1. The device does not switch on when the On/Off button is
actuated.
●
Ensure that the battery has been inserted correctly and
contact has been established.
●
Replace battery, where necessary.
2. No stimulation can be felt.
●
Press the
On/Off
button to start the device.
●
Check the position of the electrodes. The electrodes may not
overlap.
●
Gradually increase the stimulation intensity.
●
Check the cable connections between the device and the
electrodes.
●
Please restore the adhesiveness of the electrodes by
moistening.
If the adhesive surfaces of the electrodes are depleted,
current distribution is no longer guaranteed.
Please replace the electrodes.
