Contra-indications / application limitations
Medical circumstances under which the SaneoSPORT
may not
be used:

During pregnancy, the device may never be used in the
abdominal area. Current used for medical purposes can lead
to miscarriage!
●
When operating machinery (e.g. driving a car) or while
sleeping.
●
In case of metallic implants in the area of treatment.
●
In the event of skin defects or defects of the mucous
membrane (injuries) and acute infections of the mucous
membrane, skin or subcutaneous skin.
●
In case of cardiac arrhythmia or heart muscle disease .
●
Where psychological limitations and/or cognitive differences
are present .
●
Never use in the heart region or near the carotid artery.
●
Caution! The application on the thorax may lead to
ventricular vibrillation.
●
The device is not suitable for persons with a
pacemaker and/or active implants (defibrillators)!
●
Current used for medical purposes promotes blood
circulation. Treatment must be stopped and/or performed
under medical supervision if:

A drastic change is experienced in the sensation of the
current, even though the stimulation intensity was not
changed.

Previously unknown infections or bleeding is noticed in
the area of treatment prior to commencing treatment.

Increasing or strong skin changes are noticed, in which
case a doctor must be consulted (possible allergy).
