Producing energy in this manner results in an increased
formation of lactic acid, and as the body is able to break down
only small amounts of lactic acid, muscles can become over-
acidic and fatigued if too much lactic acid is produced.
The
Anaerobic endurance training
program allows you to
improve your performance capacity in the above-mentioned
sports types, for example. It ensures greater tolerance of
increased lactic acid concentrations and improves muscle
resistance to fatigue.
Note:
We recommend using the
Relaxation
program after
particularly intensive training.
11. Strength and speed training
The following sports types require both strength and speed:
competitive cycling, time-based swimming, team sports such as
football, handball and volleyball. This program allows you to
maximise the strength as well as the contraction speed of the
stimulated muscles through the unique type of muscle
contraction and the extreme effort required.
Note:
By subsequent use of the
Relaxation
program, you can
enhance the effect achieved through training even more.
12. Explosive strength training
Explosive strength training is typical for the following sports
types: sprinting and short-distance swimming, high jump and
long jump, hurdling, throwing sports etc. These sports types are
generally trained for the purpose of competing. The preparation
phase is consequently crucial. The capability of a muscle to
develop a high level of strength in the fastest time possible is
known as muscular explosive strength. As a rule, tough active
training is a prerequisite for good results in these sports types.
More frequently than not, excessive load is placed on the
affected muscles, which tire quickly as a result. Regular use of
the
Explosive strength training
program will enable you to
significantly improve your explosive strength performance while
simultaneously reducing the number of active training sessions.
