[Mk 2 Pos]
It is used to determine the trace to which Mark 2 belongs, which can be Channel A, Channel B, reference line or
Gaussian curve.
[Ref Line]
It is used to store the data of the reference line.
[Chan A]
It is used to save the statistic measurement of Channel A on the reference line.
[Chan B]
It is used to save the statistic measurements of Channel B on the reference line.
[Term Set]
Statistic measurement is usually an independent operation with starting and end time. This menu can be used to set the
termination condition and operation upon termination.
[Term Time]
It is used to set the time of CCDF statistic measurement The longest time can be up to 1 h.
[Term Cnt]
It is used to set the cumulative number of points of CCDF statistic measurement. There can be 4200.0M points at most.
When “Term Time” and “Term Cnt” are set at the same time, the one that comes first should prevail.
[Term Action]
When the preset time or number of points are reached during statistic measurement, the operation performed by CCDF
statistic measurement will be stopped, including statistics stop, statistic data clearing or reduction of data by half.
Statistics stop means that the CCDF statistic waveform will stop using new measurement data; clearing indicates that the
original CCDF waveform will be cleared and the CCDF waveform will be redrawn with new data; reduction by half
indicates that the second half of historical data will be discarded and the first half of data and the newly acquired data
will be used to draw the CCDF waveform, which will be preformed in cycle continuously.
[Control]
It is used to stop or run CCDF statistic measurement.
[Trace Ctrl]
It is used to enable, disable or select each display trace.
[Gaussian]
It is used to enable or disable the Gaussian curve in the window.
[Chan A]
It is used to enable or disable the CCDF statistic measurement trace of Channel A in the window.
[Chan B]
It is used to enable or disable the CCDF statistic measurement trace of Channel B in the window.
