screen. When “Disp Type” is set as “Single”, a prompt indicated by
will be displayed in the upper middle part of the
screen; when “Disp Type” is set as “Trace”, a prompt indicated by will be displayed at the upper right corner of the
screen
.
[Control]
It is used to set the Stop or Run state of sampling. “Stop” and “Run” can be switched when the [Control] key is pressed.
If “Stop” is set, sampling will be stopped, and the data or waveform on the screen will remain unchanged. When "Run”
is set, the data and waveform on the screen will be continuously refreshed.
[B TrigMode]
It is used to set the trigger/sampling mode of Channel B. If the instrument is of single channel type, this menu can't be
operated.
[Settings]
It includes all settings related to trigger.
[Trig Source]
It is used to select the current trigger source including “Chan A”, “Chan B” and “Ext” .
[Chan A]
Press the [Chan A] menu to select the current trigger signal internally generated by Channel A. When the measured
signal is a pulse modulation signal, a trigger signal synchronized with the Channel A pulse envelope can be generated by
through adjustment of the trigger level. If the measured signal is a continuous wave signal, the trigger signal will be a
3.3V or 0V DC level.
[Chan B]
Press the [Chan B] menu to select the current trigger signal internally generated by Channel B. The generation method
and signal definition are the same as those of Channel A.
[Ext]
Press the [Ext] menu to select the current trigger signal imported externally. External trigger is imported from the “Trig
Input” interface on the rear panel.
[Trig Mode]
It is used to select the trigger/sampling mode.
[Auto]
It is used to select the current trigger/sampling mode as “Auto”. In the “Auto” trigger mode, if there is no trigger signal
within the preset time period, the instrument will perform sampling automatically and display the waveform; if there is a
trigger signal within the preset time period, the waveform will be displayed stably.
[Norm]
It is used to select the current trigger/sampling mode as “Norm”. In the "Norm" trigger mode, it is necessary to wait for
the trigger signal before sampling. If there is no trigger signal, wait until the trigger signal arrives.
