Życzymy przyjemnej eksploatacji.
1. OBOWIĄZKI SPRZEDAWCY
Sprzedawca ma obowiązek wydać kupującemu rower pełnowartościowy, nadający się do
eksploatacji, po przeprowadzeniu jego montażu i regulacji według poniższych czynności
przedsprzedażowych.
1 . Rozpakowanie roweru.
2 . Właściwe zamontowanie pedałów.
3 . Prawidłowe ustawienie oraz dokręcenie kierownicy oraz siodła w położeniu do jazdy.
4 . Sprawdzenie oświetlenia.
5 . Regulacja hamulców oraz przerzutek.
6 . Ułożenie opon, docentrowanie kół jeśli jest to konieczne.
7 . Kontrola ciśnienia w ogumieniu.
8 . Sprawdzenie połączeń gwintowych.
W przypadku zakupu roweru w sklepie stacjonarnym, powyższych czynności winien doko-
nać sprzedawca.
Podczas sprzedaży internetowej, na sprzedawcy roweru spoczywa obowiązek poinformo-
wania Kupującego o wymogu dokonania w terminie 7 dni, od daty zakupu, odpłatnego prze-
glądu zerowego w najbliższym autoryzowanym serwisie gwarancyjnym (wykaz punktów ser-
wisowych na stronie:
www.centrum.romet.pl ), pod rygorem utraty uprawnień z gwarancji.
Sprzedawca sklepu stacjonarnego, a w przypadku sprzedaży internetowej autoryzowany
punkt serwisowy, dokonuje wpisu nabywanego sprzętu do karty gwarancyjnej (nazwy towa-
ru, nr fabrycznego, daty sprzedaży, pieczątki i podpisu sprzedawcy) oraz potwierdza doko-
nanie przygotowania roweru do jazdy.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DISTRIBUTOR
The Distributor must supply the Buyer with a fully functional, usable bicycle, following its
assembly and adjustments completed by the Distributor according to the following pre-sale
procedure.
1 . Unpack the bike.
2 . Install the pedals properly.
3 . Adjust and tighten the handlebar and saddle correctly to the riding position.
4 . Ensure the lighting is operational.
5 . Set up the brake and derailleurs.
6 . Fit the tyres, true the wheels if necessary.
7 . Check tyre pressure.
8 . Inspect threaded connections.
For sales in local stores, the procedure above is to be completed by the Distributor.
For sales in the Internet, the Distributor is responsible for informing the Buyer about the
condition of having an initial maintenance check done for a charge locally by an authorised
warranty service centre (for the list of service centres, go to
www.centrum.romet.pl ), within
7 days of the purchase, on pain of voiding the Warranty.
The Distributor in a local store or, in case of the Internet sales, an authorised service centre,
enters the details pertaining to a purchased product in the Warranty Certificate (name of the
goods, serial number, date of sale, stamp and signature of the Distributor) and affirms that
the bicycle is ready for riding.
