4. WARUNKI GWARANCJI
1 . Gwarant zapewnia dobrą jakość i sprawne działanie roweru, na który została wydana
niniejsza karta gwarancyjna i odpowiada jedynie za ukryte wady materiałowe. Sprzedawca
zobowiązany jest wydać kupującemu rower pełnowartościowy, nadający się do eksploatacji,
po przeprowadzeniu jego montażu w sposób wskazany w instrukcji obsługi roweru.
2 . Kupujący pod rygorem utraty uprawnień z gwarancji winien dopilnować niezwłoczne
wykonanie przez Sprzedawcę przeglądu zerowego, a w przypadku sprzedaży internetowej
Kupujący winien sam zlecić wykonanie tego przeglądu zerowego w terminie 7 dni od dnia
nabycia roweru. Adresy autoryzowanych serwisów znajdują się na stronie centrum.romet.pl
Fakt przygotowania roweru do jazdy sprzedawca/autoryzowany punkt serwisowy, po -
twierdza właściwym wpisem w niniejszej karcie gwarancyjnej.
Brak wykonania przeglądu zerowego lub brak potwierdzenia jego wykonania w niniejszej
karcie gwarancyjnej powoduje wygaśnięcie gwarancji - zgodnie z pkt 5 d) Warunków gwa-
rancji.
3 . Kupujący zobowiązany jest do wykonywania czynności obsługowych i regulacyjnych
zgodnie z instrukcją obsługi roweru, między innymi do konserwacji, smarowania, dokrę-
cania połączeń gwintowych, regulacji mechanizmów. Gwarancja nie obejmuje wad roweru
powstałych wskutek niewłaściwego, niezgodnego z instrukcją obsługi użytkowania, prze-
chowywania, niewłaściwej obsługi i konserwacji. Dla zapewnienia niezawodnej eksploatacji,
gwarant zaleca stosowanie chemii serwisowej marki Romet.
4 . Gwarancja nie obejmuje:
a) podzespołów podlegających zużyciu podczas eksploatacji oraz ich rozregulowania w
trakcie użytkowania, w szczególności zniszczenia lub zużycia ogumienia, rozciągnięcia
łańcucha, rozregulowania przerzutek i hamulców, zużycia klocków i tarcz hamulcowych,
piszczenia hamulców, centrowania kół, zużycia obręczy, oświetlenia, linek, pancerzy,
części plastikowych, mechanizmu korbowego, wolnobiegu, kasety, piast kół, tulei ślizgo-
wych zawieszenia, wkładu suportu, siodeł.
b) wad będących konsekwencją zaniedbań ze strony użytkownika, przede wszystkim
zniszczenia gwintów w korbach, będących skutkiem jazdy z niedokręconymi pedałami,
4. WARRANTY TERMS
1 . The Warrantor guarantees that the bicycle this Warranty Certificate is issued for is of
good quality and in proper working order, and that this Warranty covers only hidden material
defects. The Distributor must supply the Buyer with a fully functional, usable bicycle, follow-
ing its assembly by the Distributor in the manner indicated in the User Manual.
2 . Under pain of voiding the Buyer’s Warranty rights, the Buyer shall ensure that the Dis-
tributor carries out the initial maintenance check immediately or, for Internet sales, the Buyer
shall have such initial maintenance check conducted within 7 days of the purchase date of
the bicycle. The addresses of authorised service centres can be found on www.centrum.
romet.pl.
The Distributor/authorised service centre staff enters relevant note in this
Warranty Certificate to affirm that they prepared the bike for riding.
Failure to perform the initial maintenance check or to confirm performance thereof in this
Warranty Certificate will void the Warranty in accordance with Section 5 (d) of the Warranty
Terms.
3 . The Buyer is obliged to adhere to the User Manual to carry out maintenance and adjust-
ment works, including maintenance, lubrication, tightening of threaded connections, adjust-
ment of mechanisms. The Warranty shall not cover defects on the bicycle due to improper
use, storage, maintenance and repairs carried out without adherence to this User Manual.
To ensure reliable operation, the Warrantor recommends the use of the Romet bike care
products.
4 . The Warranty shall not cover
a) components which are subject to wear and to coming out of adjustment during use,
in particular, tyre damage or wear, chain “stretch” wear, loose derailleur and brakes,
wear of brake pads and discs, brake squeaking, wheel truing, rim wear, lighting, cables,
cable housings, plastic parts, crankset, freewheel, cassette, wheel hubs, suspension
slide sleeves, bottom bracket, saddles
b) defects due to User’s negligence, especially damage to the threads in the crank arms
due to pedals being tightened insufficiently during rides, the crank holes coming out of
calibration due to insufficient tightening of the crank bolts on the crank spindle, corrosion
