Layered projection technology printing
The monoFab ARM-10 is a 3D printer that uses layered projection technology.
It employs photo-curable resin (referred to simply as
“resin”
in this manual), a fluid that hardens (cures) when exposed to light (UV rays),
and a projector with a UV LED light source to print an object based on 3D data.

The printing method whereby print data is sliced into layers at regular intervals, each of which is exposed (irradiated with light) by a
projector one layer at a time, is referred to as the layer exposure method.
This printing method makes it possible to print multiple jobs simultaneously and to print complex shapes with undercuts.
