Reads out the RMS value for FM.
Usage:

CALCulate<1...2>:MARKer:FUNCtion:ADEMod:SINad[:RESult]?
This command displays the SINAD value for both AM/FM.
The numeric suffix at CALCulate is irrelevant for this command.
Suffix:

Reads out the SINAD value for both AM/FM.
