Diagnostic Mode and Troubleshooting
50
FLASH MEMORY FAILURE
Controller processor detected a boot flash failure.
1. Replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
51
UNRECOGNIZED TCB PCA
Controller processor detected an out of range PCB revision.
1. Replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
52
BLOWER FAILURE
Controller processor detected a stalled blower (less than 1000 RPM).
1. If the problem persists replace the pneumatics subassembly (blower and
valve).
2. If the problem persists, replace the controller PCB. The original pneumatics
subassembly (blower and valve) should be re-inserted and the system retested
and recalibrated.
3. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
53
BLOWER SPEED OUT OF
TOLERANCE
Controller processor detected an out of tolerance blower speed (o/- 5500
RPM from the target blower speed for longer than 5 seconds).
54
MOTOR CURRENT HIGH
WHILE BLOWER OFF
Controller processor detected a current draw of more than 100mA for longer than
5 seconds when the motor is powered off.
55
BUFFER OVERFLOW
Controller processor detected a buffer overflow while outputting serial data.
1. Replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
56
MOTOR CURRENT HIGH
WHILE BLOWER ON
Controller processor detected a current draw of more than 3000mA for more
than 10 seconds when the motor is powered on.
1. If the problem persists replace the pneumatics subassembly (blower and
valve)
2. If the problem persists, replace the controller PCB.
3. The original pneumatics subassembly (blower and valve) should be re-inserted
and the system retested and recalibrated.
4. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
57
UNABLE TO QUEUE DATA TO
PROVIDE THERAPY
Controller processor detected a RTOS queue full condition.
1. Replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
