Diagnostic Mode and Troubleshooting
31
UN-REPAIRABLE
PARAMETER STORAGE
Controller processor detected an error accessing the calibration data in
EEPROM.
1. Attempt to recalibrate the system.
2. If calibration fails, replace the controller PCB.
3. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
32
CORRUPT PARAMETER
STORAGE
Controller processor detected a checksum error on the calibration in EEPROM.
1. Attempt to recalibrate the system.
2. If calibration fails, replace the controller PCB.
3. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
33
TCB NVDATA STORAGE
ERROR
Controller processor detected that the data structure is bigger than the EEPROM
device.
1. Attempt to recalibrate the system.
2. If calibration fails, replace the controller PCB.
3. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
34
UNABLE TO QUEUE DATA TO
PARAMETER STORAGE
Controller processor detected that the queue to the EEPROM manager thread is
full.
1. If the problem persists replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
35
UNABLE TO WRITE TO
PARAMETER STORAGE
Controller processor detected that a write operation to EEPROM failed the
readback check.
1. If the problem persists replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
36
PARAMETER OUT OF RANGE
IN PARAMETER STORAGE
Controller processor detected that a write operation to EEPROM failed the range
check for that data item.
1. If the problem persists replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
37
CORRUPT REAL-TIME CLOCK
VALUE
Controller processor detected that the real-time clock (RTC) time and the RTOS
tick timer have drifted since it was last tested. When changing the time, this
could happen and an RTC Failure alarm may be annuciated. This alarm can be
reset by pressing Alarm Reset. No action required.
38
REAL-TIME CLOCK NOT
TICKING
Controller processor detected that the RTC time and the RTOS tick timer have
drifted significantly (>4 seconds) since it was last tested. When changing the
time, this could happen and an RTC Failure alarm may be annuciated. This
alarm can be reset by pressing Alarm Reset.
1. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
39
UNABLE TO QUEUE DATA TO
USER INTERFACE
Controller processor detected a RTOS queue full condition.
1. If the problem persists replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
40
INVALID BUILT-IN SELF TEST
CALL
Controller processor detected an invalid BIST test was attempted to be run.
1. If the problem persists replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
