STUCK KEY
Controller processor detected a stuck key.
1. Inspect keypad for pushed-in key.
2. Replace keypad.
3. Replace user interface PDB.
4. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
59
RAILED OUTLET PRESSURE
SENSOR
Controller processor detected that the limits test on the Primary pressure sensor
signal failed.
1. Replace the controller PCB.
2. If the problem persists replace the pneumatics subassembly (blower and
valve).
3. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
60
RAILED BLOWER PRESSURE
SENSOR
Controller processor detected that the limits test on the Secondary pressure
sensor signal failed.
1. Replace the controller PCB.
2. If the problem persists replace the pneumatics subassembly (blower and
valve).
3. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
61
RTC BATTERY DEPLETED
Controller processor detected that the RTC time and the RTOS tick timer have
drifted significantly since it was last tested. When changing the time, this could
happen and an RTC battery depleted alarm may be annuciated: press Alarm
Reset.
1. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
62
BLOWER SPEED EXCEEDED
Controller processor detected an out of tolerance blower speed (above 23337
RPM for more than 3 seconds).
1. If the problem persists replace the pneumatics subassembly (blower and
valve).
2. If the problem persists, replace the controller PCB. The original pneumatics
subassembly (blower and valve) should be re-inserted and the system retested
and recalibrated.
3. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
63
TCB INT. WATCHDOG
FAILURE
Controller processor detected an internal watchdog failure.
1. Replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
64
TCB EXT. WATCHDOG
FAILURE
Controller processor detected an external watchdog failure.
1. Replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
65
UNEXPECTED WATCHDOG
RESET
Controller processor detected an unexpected watchdog failure.
1. Replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
66
Unused
67
OPERATING SYSTEM FAILED
INITIALIZATION
Controller processor detected an initialization failure when starting the RTOS.
1. Replace the controller PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.
