Two-line operation

Line 1 while corded handset on the base talks on Line 2 (you
must have a two-line subscription from your phone company).
Corded Handset
— lets you make/receive calls even if there is
a power failure.
Convenient Extension Placement

additional accessory handsets (
RadioShack 43-144) anywhere
you have an AC outlet, regardless of phone jack location.
Call Waiting/Caller ID
— lets you answer a call even when you
are on the phone; see who’s calling before you answer.
Speakerphone
— lets you conduct a hands-free conversation
using the handset and base speaker.
Ample Talk and Standby Time
— The supplied battery (when
fully charged) provides about five hours of talk time or seven
days of standby time.
Personal Ring
— Allows you to assign a personal ringer to
certain memory locations. When an incoming call is received
and the Caller ID information matches the information in one of
the memory locations, the distinctive ring that has been stored
for that particular caller sounds.
Message Alert
— beeps when you have a new incoming
message.
Call Screening
— lets you listen as a caller leaves a message.
Memo Recording
— lets you leave messages for yourself
or others in your home or office, or record your phone
conversations.
Handset Remote Operation
— lets you use the handset to
listen to your incoming messages.
