4. Change sweep step to logarithmic and verify oscilloscope
exponential down waveform with properties as in 7 above

Preparation
:
1. Configure the oscilloscope as follows:
Time Base:
0.1 ms
Sampling Rate: 50MS/s at least.
Trace A View: Jitter, Type: FREQ, CLK.
Trigger source: Channel 2, positive slope
Amplitude:
1V/div
2. Connect 3156B Channel 1 output to the oscilloscope input,
channel 1
3. Connect the 3156B SYNC output to the oscilloscope input,
channel 2
4. Configure the 3156B channels 1/2 as follows:
