EpiTect

HRM PCR Kit for methylation analysis. Both kits contain the third-generation, intercalating
fluorescent dye EvaGreen. The kits combine optimized HRM buffer and HotStarTaq
®
Plus
DNA
Polymerase to avoid unspecific amplification products and provide reliable results.

In the example shown, the Type-it HRM PCR Kit was used in HRM analysis to differentiate between
homozygous wild type, homozygous mutant, and heterozygous forms of the human SNP
