10:02
This error is raised while determining the print event sequence for the current print job using LC3
type Film (in other words, continuous resin-only Film) if the image cannot be printed using the loaded
Film.
10:03
This error is raised while determining the print event sequence for the current print job using LC6
type Film (in other words, Film with a KO configuration) if the image cannot be printed using the
loaded Film. This particular error may arise if the user somehow manages to send a PRN requiring
colour to a machine which has MA600KO Film fitted.
10:04
This error is raised while determining the print event sequence for the current print job using LC8
type Film (in other words, Film with a YMCKOK configuration) if the image cannot be printed using the
loaded Film.
10:05
This error is raised while vaLidating the downloaded print job against the capabilities of the loaded
Dye-Film if colour data is sent while monochrome Film (K or KO) is fitted. The Driver should normally
prevent this from happening, but it is possible to bypass the Driver by sending PRNs directly to the
Printer.
10:06
This error is raised while preparing to calibrate the Dye LEDs if the Printer detects that anything other
than colour Film (YMCKO or YMCKOK) is loaded.
11 - CANNOT FIND PANEL
Please check Film and Printer mechanism, or press Cancel to clear the print job.
11:00
11:00
This error is raised while trying to align the Dye-Film to a chosen offset within a chosen panel (for
example, prior to printing) if the Printer cannot find the requested panel within 8 panels of its starting
point. This error often indicates that either the Dye LED or Sensor is poorly positioned, or that the
Dye LEDs need to be calibrated using the "FCL" command.
11:01
This error is raised while trying to align the Dye-Film to a chosen offset within a chosen panel (for
example, prior to printing) if the Printer cannot find the requested panel within 8 panels of its starting
point. This error often indicates that either the Dye LED or Sensor is poorly positioned, or that the
Dye LEDs need to be calibrated using the "FCL" command.
This error is similar to 11:00, but the surrounding context is slightly different. 11:00 can occur
whenever the Film position is being set, whereas 11:01 can only occur when the Film position is being
set and the Printer has had to recover from a Dye-panel misalignment by skipping an entire panel
set.
11:02
This error is raised if the Printer is in factory mode and the requested Dye Film panel offset is less
that the current offset (e.g. The Film has overshot).
12 - RFID PCB MISSING
Reconnect PCB to continue.
12:00
12:00
This error is raised during Printer initialisation if the RFID PCB cannot be detected.
13 - PRINTHEAD ERROR
Switch Printer off and reconnect PrintHead.
13:01
13:01
This error is raised if no change in the GPIO input attached to the PrintHead thermistor is detected
while trying to calibrate the analogue-to-digital conversion module. This probably means that the
thermistor is not connected.
14 - OVERHEAT ERROR
Switch Printer off and allow PrintHead to cool.
