16.2 Editing the audio routing
The edit audio routing screen is accessed from the view audio routing
screen (see section 16.1) by pressing the
<EDIT>
button. It displays the
following:
·
Bus selection buttons.
·
A diagram of the current routing for the selected bus and source.
Inputs (tracks), listed on the left, are routed to outputs
(channels), shown on the right. Each channel can receive only one
input at a time, although a given input can be routed to several
channels.
·
The name of the source currently selected on the bus is shown
above the routing diagram.
Buttons on the edit audio routing screen include:
<PGM>
,
<PST>
,
<AUX>
- used to select the bus.
<CON>
- used to connect a new source/channel combination, replacing
the previous routing. The diagram then shows the new connection.
<UNDO>
- used to reverse the last connection, returning the routing to
the previous one updating the display accordingly.
