Changing an Active Conference
You can change active conference settings.
Note: To change a future conference, use the Scheduled Conferences screen.
To change an active conference
1 Choose Monitoring > Conferences .
2 Select the applicable conference and click Manage .
The Manage Active Conference screen appears. For details, see Table 4-1.
3 Review the information and make any required changes.
4 When you are finished, click Close .

Field Description
Conference Details
Conference Name The name the scheduler assigned to the conference.
Status The conference’s status: active or future.
Owner The person who scheduled the conference.
