To see details about a message

In the Gatekeeper Diagnostics screen, select the message whose details
you want to see.
Details appear in the information window at the bottom of the screen.
Defining What to Log
You can define which messages should be logged.
Note:
Turn on logging of messages
only
when you are troubleshooting a
problem.
To define which messages should be logged

From the Troubleshooting menu in the Operator View, choose
Gatekeeper Diagnostics
.

Click
Log Settings
to display the Gatekeeper Log Settings dialog box.

Select the types of messages you want to log and click
OK
.
ReadiManager begins logging the types of messages you selected.
Clearing Events from the Log
You can clear the log, which removes data from the database.
