Conference On Demand Problems and Solutions
Dialing a Conference On Demand
fails.
Inviting other endpoints into a
conference using the CON service
fails.
The endpoint dials a CON service,
and the call is rejected because of
one of the following:
•
The MGC is not registered or is
offline.
•
ReadiManager cannot log into
the MGC.
•
The MGC has no resource
available for the call.
•
The MGC’s IP address is not
entered in ReadiManager.
•
Check the diagnostics log for an
ARJ reason from this endpoint.
•
Verify that the MGC card is
registered with ReadiManager
and is online.
•
Verify that the MGC cards
registered with ReadiManager
have the MGC’s IP address
filled out in the Devices list.
•
Verify that the MGC login ID and
password for the CON service
are correct.
•
Verify that the H.323 network
service that the MGC is using is
set as the default service.
•
Verify that the MGC has enough
available resources to start this
conference.
•
Verify that the LocalDS dialing
rule is enabled and the action
setting is route.
•
Verify that the device policy bit
rate limit has not been
exceeded.
•
Verify that the CON service is
enabled. Go to
Administrator
View > Dial Plan Setup >
Services
.
