To clear all events

From the Troubleshooting menu, choose
Gatekeeper Diagnostics
to
view the list of calls.

Click
Clear Events
.
Exporting the Log
To save details in the log, you can export the data to a comma-separated value
(CSV) file. You can export only the data that displays on-screen.
Note:
Exporting a log may take a significant amount of time, depending on
its size.
To export a log

On the Gatekeeper Diagnostics screen, click
Export Log
.

In the window that appears, copy the displayed data to a CSV file and
save it.

Click
OK
.
Starting and Stopping Event Logging
You must log events to display them and maintain an event history.
To start or stop event logging

From the Troubleshooting menu, choose
Gatekeeper Diagnostics
to
view the list of calls.

Click
Start Log.
Events are logged and displayed. The Start Log button becomes the Stop
Log button.

To stop logging messages, click
Stop Log
.
