Conference ID The system-generated number assigned to the
conference.
Conference Start Time The date and start time of the conference.
Duration The length of the conference in minutes.
Time Left The amount of scheduled time remaining in the
conference.
MCU Name The scheduled endpoints for the conference.
Bandwidth The specified bandwidth for the conference.
Video Session The type of video session: switching or continuous
presence.
Layout The video layout for the conference.
Note: For a continuous presence layout in a video
conference, an error occurs if no video boards are
available or if they are inside the MGC.
Conference Notes Additional information the scheduler provides to the
conference participants.
Participant Tab
Name The participant’s name.
Conference Type The conference type: Room Only, Audio, or Video.
Device The name of the device connected to the conference.
Call Status The status of the call.
Device Status The status of the device, if problematic. Applies only to
Polycom registered endpoints.
Audio Status The audio status of the participant. Enables muting and
unmuting of participants.
Address/Number The address or number of the participant (for dial-out) or of
the port on the MCU (for dial-out). For point-to-point calls,
the number is the same for both entries.
Dial Mode The connection for the participant: Dial-In (outgoing) or
Dial-Out (incoming).
Interface The network interface type for the participant: H.323 (IP) or
(H.320) ISDN.
Bit Rate The speed of the participant’s connection.
