4. Disconnect the power board cable from the connector on the back end board.

5. The power button board is now free.

Power Button Board Installation

To install the power button board, reverse the removal procedure.

Note:

Be certain the power button board is oriented in the same manner as the
power button board previously removed.

Back End Board and Hard Drive/IDE Board Removal

1. Remove the top cover.

2. Remove the front end board.

3. Remove the power button board.

4. Disconnect the back end board cable from the connector on the power supply/strobe board

(Figure 5- 8).
