20 On the pitot static test set, set the reference altitude and airspeed in the following table. Make sure
that the pilot PFD and copilot PFD (if installed) altitude displays are within the limits.

21 Slowly adjust the pitot static test set static pressure towards an altitude display of 1400 feet (427 m).
Watch the PFD display.
21.1 When the altitude display is 1550 feet (472 m), make sure that a semi-transparent rectangular box is
shown in the upper right corner of the PFD ADI.
21.2 When the altitude display is 1500 feet (457 m), make sure that an amber MIN is shown in the box.
22 Slowly adjust the pitot static test set static pressure to ambient.
23 Use the pitot static test set to set the following reference vertical speeds. Make sure that the PFD
vertical speed displays and trend vectors are within the limits.

24 Slowly adjust the pitot static test set static and pitot pressures to ambient.
25 Close Up
25.1 On the maintenance panel, set the AIR/GND switch to GND.
25.2 De-energize the aircraft electrical system, refer to AMM 12-B-24-00-00-00A-901A-A.
