General
The technical content of this document is approved under the authority of the DOA ref. EASA.21J.357.
This Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) Document No. 02300 is part of the Interactive Electronic Technical
Publication (IETP), Document No. 02307 and published on a DVD or downloaded from the Pilatus website.
The AMM uses the S1000D specification as a guideline and is assembled from Data Modules (DM), which are
written in ASD-STE100 Simplified English (SE).
The AMM gives instructions for maintenance personnel to service and maintain the PC-12/47E aircraft. The
maintenance manual provides sufficient information to inspect, fault isolate and to complete the removal/installation
and test/adjustment of equipment as well as the repair of certain systems. Optional equipment has been included in
the manual to give as complete coverage as possible.

Effectivity
Effectivity statements are used to identify the applicability to which the data applies. Effectivity is related to the
aircraft model and the MSN range. The aircraft model and MSN range are identified on the Title Page of the
publication. Additional statements are used within the Data Module (DM), where necessary, to give pre and post SB
status or component applicability. DMs identified as optional may or may not be applicable and depends on aircraft
configuration.

Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that the latest revision of the manual is used for servicing and
maintenance of the aircraft.
If it is necessary to contact Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. about your aircraft, it is important to include the aircraft serial
number in any correspondence. The serial number can be found on the manufacturer’s Identification Plate installed
aft of the cargo door.

Spares, Approved Parts, Materials, Processes
Use only parts that have been approved and certified by Pilatus and obtained from Pilatus approved sources
for maintenance on the aircraft. Salvaged or reworked parts obtained from non Pilatus approved sources are
unsuitable and unsafe for use on the aircraft.
In the event that the aircraft should be maintained and/or operated with parts and/or components which are not
approved by the seller and/or its supplier and vendor, all warranties will be rendered null and void upon installation
of such parts and/or components. Pilatus expressly disclaims any and all liability including but not limited to liability
