Make sure that:

The BOOTS advisory caption on the lower MFD ICE PROTECTION window is ON.
3.2.8.2
The horizontal stabilizer de-ice boots pressurize for 8 seconds ±1 second then fully de-pressurize.

The lower part of the inboard de-ice boots on the wings pressurize for 8 seconds ±1 second then fully
de-pressurize.
3.2.8.4
The upper part of the inboard de-ice boots on the wings pressurize for 8 seconds ±1 second then fully
de-pressurize.
3.2.8.5
The lower part of the outboard de-ice boots on the wings pressurize for 8 seconds ±1 second then fully
de-pressurize.
3.2.8.6
The upper part of the outboard de-ice boots on the wings pressurize for 8 seconds ±1 second then
fully de-pressurize.
3.2.8.7
All the de-ice boots stay de-pressurized for 20 seconds ±3 seconds before the sequence starts again.
3.2.8.8
The DE ICE BOOTS caution message on the CAS display does not come on during the test.
3.2.9
Set the BOOTS switch to OFF during the inflation period.
3.2.10
Wait until the de-ice cycle is complete.
3.2.11
Make sure that the BOOTS advisory caption goes OFF when the cycle is complete.
3.2.12
Set the ground air supply to 1,4 bar (20 psi).
3.2.13
Set the BOOTS switch to 1 MIN.
3.2.14
Wait for three full cycles (3 minutes 30 seconds).
3.2.15
The DE ICE BOOTS caution message on the CAS display does not come on.

Set the BOOTS switch to OFF.

Set the ground air supply to OFF.

Set the BOOTS switch to 3 MIN.

Make sure the BOOTS advisory caption on the lower MFD ICE PROTECTION window is ON.

Make sure that:

The DE ICE BOOTS caution message comes on after not more than 19 seconds

A single audio chime is heard

The BOOTS advisory caption goes OFF.

Set the BOOTS switch to OFF.

Make sure the caution message goes off, after the cycle is completed within 45 seconds after you set
to OFF.
3.2.23
Set the BOOTS switch to 1 MIN.
3.2.24
Make sure that the BOOTS advisory caption comes on.

Make sure that:

The DE ICE BOOTS caution message comes on after not more than 19 seconds
−
A single audio chime is heard
−
The BOOTS advisory caption goes OFF.

Set the BOOTS switch to OFF.
3.2.27
Make sure that the CAS DE ICE BOOTS caution message goes OFF after the cycle is complete within
45 seconds after you set to OFF.
