Do the functional test of the landing gear extension and retraction system, refer to AMM 12-B-32-30-
00-00A-903B-A.

Bleed the brake system, refer to AMM 12-B-32-40-00-00A-902A-A.

Do the functional test of the airfoil de-ice system, refer to AMM 12-B-30-10-00-00A-903A-A or 12-B-
30-10-00-00A-903B-A.

Do the check of the stick pusher system, refer to AMM 12-B-22-20-00-00A-903A-A.

Do a pitot system leak test, refer to AMM 12-B-34-11-00-00A-903A-A.

Do the functional test of the flap system, refer to AMM 12-B-27-50-00-00A-903A-A.

Do the functional test of the ailerons, refer to AMM 12-B-27-10-00-00A-903A-A.

Lower the aircraft from jacks, refer to AMM 12-B-07-10-00-00A-901A-A.
3.11
MSN 1300, 1451 – 1575.
Remove the bolts Figure 7 [10], washers Figure 7 [9] and nuts Figure 7 [8]
from the two fuselage jack points Figure 7 [11]. Put the straps Figure 7 [12] in position on the jack
points Figure 7 [11] and install the four bolts Figure 7 [10], washers Figure 7 [9] and nuts Figure 7 [8].
MSN 1576 – 9999.
Remove the bolts Figure 8 [10] and Figure 8 [12], washers Figure 8 [9] and
Figure 8 [13], nuts Figure 8 [8] and Figure 8 [14], and the two fuselage jack points Figure 8 [11] from
frame 21. Put the fuselage jack points Figure 8 [11] and the two bolts removed from the aft positions
into the Wing removal/installation kit, MSN 1001 - 9999 (Pt.No. T57-010). Install the original aft bolts
(removed and kept during wing removal) and the existing forward bolts Figure 8 [10], the washers
Figure 8 [9] and Figure 8 [13], and the nuts Figure 8 [8] and Figure 8 [14].
Note
The longer bolt is installed in the forward holes, the shorter bolt in the aft holes.
3.12
Do the test of fuel balancing system, refer to AMM 12-B-28-21-00-00A-903A-A.
3.13
Examine all the fuel pipes that were removed and disconnected, for leaks. No leaks are permitted.
3.14
Install the fuel pipe covers Figure 4 [6] with the screws Figure 4 [5] and washers Figure 4 [4] in the left
and right landing gear compartment.
3.15
Position the electrical cable and secure with the Cable tie (Pt.No. P09-008).
3.16
Connect the electrical connector P148.
3.17
Install the panel 12AB with the screws.
3.18
Do the exterior lights operational test for the landing, navigation, strobe, recognition and red beacon (if
installed), refer to AMM 12-B-33-40-00-00A-903A-A.
3.19
Do the operational test of the probes de-ice system, refer to AMM 12-B-30-30-20-00A-903A-A.
3.20
Do the operational test of the weather radar system, refer to AMM 12-B-34-41-00-00A-903A-A.
3.21
Remove all the equipment, tools and materials from the work area. Make sure that the work area is
clean.
3.22
Install the access panels 12AR, 12BR, 12DR, 12ER, 12FR and 62SB.
