the monitor
The firmware cannot
detect the plasma
after ignition. The
fiber optic will do a
hardware shutdown.
Check that the fiber optics is in line with the
plasma induction pl ates. If the problem
persists contact PerkinElmer Service.

The nebulizer has
been shut off once the
nebulizer back-
pressure has fallen
below 60 psi (413
kPa).
Check the sample introduction system for
leaks and blockage and correct. Check that
all the fittings are tight and check if the
nebulizer spray pattern is correct. If the
problem persists contact PerkinElmer
Service.

Neb heater
sensor is
not
working-
heater off
The nebulizer
compartment heater
sensor is not working
properly and the
heater is now off.
If there is a large variance in room
temperature you might experience instrument
drift if the nebulizer compartment heater is
off. Otherwise the instrument is fully
functional.
Contact PerkinElmer Service to have the
nebulizer compartment heater repaired.
