PL4/PSL4 Control Systems User’s Guide

Diagnostics Menu: Reset System

Reinitialize the Outdoor Control Panel. Resetting the Outdoor Control Panel will not effect the system
configuration settings.

RESET SYSTEM

Right button:

Press the Right button to reset system. The main screen will be

displayed and communication will be established with the optional EasyTouch PL4/
PSL4 Control System Indoor Control Panel if installed.

Diagnostics Menu: Flash Update

Use this feature to update the EasyTouch PL4/PSL4 Control System Outdoor Control Panel firmware. The
EasyTouch PL4/PSL4 Control System main circuit board must be connected to a personal computer (PC) in
order to update the firmware.

Press the

button to exit the flash mode.

Diagnostics Menu: Air Temp

Displays the current outside air temperature.

This feature is useful if you have renamed many circuits and want to view the original factory default circuit
