Troubleshooting

[DISABLE]?

Is the <REMOTE 2 IN> terminal used for contact control?

Is the ID number setting operation correct?

Is the external video output on the laptop computer set correctly? (Ex.: The external
output settings may be switched by pressing the “Fn” + “F3” or “Fn” + “F10”
simultaneously. Since the method varies depending on the computer type, refer to
the user manual provided with your computer.)

Is [DVI-D LINK] in [SLOT IN] set correctly? Also, if it is set to [AUTO], the condition
may improve by changing the setting to anything other than [AUTO].

Is the [EDID SELECT] setting in [SLOT IN] set to [EDID3] or [EDID2:PC]?

The graphics accelerator driver of the computer may need to be updated to the
latest version.
