The estimated runtime is a time for the luminance to decrease to half.

If the runtime exceeds 20 000 hours, replacement of the components inside the projector may be required. Consult your dealer for details.
Setting [LIGHT OUTPUT]
Adjust the brightness of light source.
The [LIGHT OUTPUT] setting is synchronized with the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu
→
[LIGHT OUTPUT]. The
most recent setting is reflected in both items.

[LIGHT OUTPUT] can be adjusted individually for each setting item of [OPERATING MODE].

The uniformity of the brightness between multiple screens can be maintained by adjusting [LIGHT OUTPUT] for each projector when
structuring a multi-display screen by combining the projected images from multiple projectors.
Relationship between brightness and runtime
When [OPERATING MODE] is set to [NORMAL], [USER1], [USER2], or [USER3], the projector can be operated
with arbitrary brightness and runtime by setting [LIGHT OUTPUT] to desired setting.
The relationship between the [LIGHT OUTPUT] setting, brightness, and the estimated runtime is as follows. Make
the setting depending on the desired brightness of the projected image and runtime.
The values of the brightness and the runtime are just an estimate, and the graph indicating the relationship is just
an example. Also, these do not indicate the warranty period.
