Timing Chart
1. Assign the product type numbers to be changed to IN 1- 6 signals (Input the data more than 1 ms
before FCT1 signal input). When you switch the product type through the computer link, store the
type number to be changed in the specified register.
2. Check the READY signal is ON, and input TYPE signal.
The READY signal is turned off and the product types are switched.
3. Check the READY signal OFF and then turn the type signal off.
After the product types are switched, READY signal is turned on.
•
If the TYPE signal is input by specifying the current product type number, READY signal is turned off, but
the action that is normally executed on product type switch is not be performed.
•
When inputting the TYPE signal by specifying the unset product type, the PV310 cannot execute product
type switch properly and outputs ERROR signal.
•
The time for switching product types differs depending on the setting data. Therefore, actually use the
PV310 to check the time.
•
If the external device cannot recognize that the READY signal has been recovered (OFF > ON) due to
short time for switching product types, set Min. Ready Off time by selecting “ENVIRONMENT” > “Initial
Settings” from the menu bar.
