11.7 Usage Examples 

"I/O link" usage examples are shown below. 
 

1. Using a program in the FP2/FP2SH/FP3/FP10SH, turns ON/OFF the input relay of the FP1. 

 

Example of executing "Cam control instruction" (F165) on the FP1 using a program in the 
FP2/FP2SH/FP3/FP10SH 

- 

It is necessary to program on the FP1. 

- 

Turn on the corresponding Y relay of the FP2/FP2SH/FP3/FP10SH to turn on the input relay (for the 

I/O link) of the FP1. 

- 

 

 

 
 

2. Using a program in the FP1, turns ON/OFF the input relay of the FP2/FP2SH/FP3/FP10SH. 
 
Example of executing "32-bit data square root" (F160) on the FP2/FP2SH/FP3/FP10SH using a 
program in the FP1 

- 

It is necessary to program on the FP2/FP2SH/FP3/FP10SH. 

- 

Turn on the corresponding Y relay of the FP1 to turn on the input relay (for the I/O link) of the 

FP2/FP2SH/FP3/FP10SH.
