11.5.2 Wiring to FP2/FP2SH/FP3/FP10SH
Connect the RS485 interfaces on the I/O link unit and on the other station of the
FP2/FP2SH/FP3/FP10SH remote I/O system [MEWNT-F] with a 2-conductor cable (VCTF0.75 mm
2
x
2C (JIS).
Connects to the FP2/FP2SH/FP3/FP10SH system via [MEWNET-F].
When connecting the transmission cable, be sure to connect postive (+) to positive, and negative (-) to
negative of RS485 interfaces.
* Connect one end of the shielded line of the transmission cable to the F.G. terminal, and ground it.
-
Set the appropriate I/O link units in the transmission line of [MEWNET-F] as the terminal stations with
the mode selector switches SW1 & SW2.

11.5.3 Wiring of Power Supply
Supply power to the control unit, expansion unit, I/O link unit from the same power source so that power
ON and OFF for all units can be performed at teh same time.
Note:
Do not supply power to the DC power supply type unit from the terminal that supplies power for the input
of the FP1 control unit or expansion unit.
