Ingredients
6 chicken breast fillets
6 slices of ham
6 slices of Swiss cheese
1 tin of mushroom soup
(295g)
150ml white wine
50g croutons
60ml melted margarine
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven on convection 190°C with the
enamel shelf in position.
Wrap each chicken breast in a slice of ham and
then a slice of cheese.
Place into a 24 x 24cm ovenproof dish.
Mix the soup together with the wine and pour
over the chicken.
Sprinkle the croutons over the chicken and driz-
zle with the melted margarine.
Cook on convection 190°C for 1 hour.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
