Removal of the registration roller and cleaning sheet

1) Remove the right side and rear covers.
2) Open the front door.
a) Remove the waste toner bottle.
b) Swing the toner hopper open 180°.
3) Rotate the developer release knob clockwise.
4) Remove the drum unit. (2 screws and 1
connector.)
5) Remove the connector and developer unit.
1) Remove the cleaning sheet underneath
the lower registration roller.
2) Remove the cleaning sheet on the top
cover.
3) Remove the registration roller.

1) Remove the top cover (Two screws).
2) Remove the tension spring (X 2).
3) Remove the upper registration roller.
4) Remove the paper guide plate (Two
screws).
5) Remove the E rings (front and rear).
6) Remove the drive gear, clutch, and E ring.
7) Remove the right bushing support plate
and bushing (1 screw).
8) Remove the Lower registration roller.

1) Open the copier paper feed door and
disconnect the door link.
a) Remove the knob (One screw) on the
registration roller.
b) Disconnect the harness.
2) Remove the bypass unit (Two screws).
