Using Email to Program or Retrieve Parameters
This feature is a powerful tool, which provides a convenient, and easy way of retrieving, or programming
Internet Parameters, Address Book Dialling Numbers, Program keys, and Journal retrieval from your PC by
sending a text email message to your machine.
Using your email application’s “Subject:” line as a command-input field, you can request your machine to
perform the following commands:
Where :
“set” is used to program the data
“get” is used to retrieve the data
“parameters” represents Internet Parameters
“abbr” represents Auto Dialler
“jnl” represents Journal
“password” is the Remote Password programmed in your machine’s User Parameters
(i.e. 1234567890). Must be enclosed within the parenthesis “( )”.
The command must be enclosed within the hash (#) signs.
