User Information
Change the camera's user name and password and turn password saving on or off.
Setting Description
User Name Display and change the camera's user name.
Select [User Name] and press
ENTER to display the character
input screen. (See page 114 for more information on text
entry.)
The user name must be between 6 and 15 alphanumeric
characters in length. The following characters cannot be used:
" ' & < > :
Password Save Sets the option to save the camera password.
Turning it off will require the entry of a user name and
password whenever a camera is accessed. Turning off
password saving will disable timer recording settings (see
page 63).
Password Changes the password.
Select [Password] and press
ENTER to display the character
input screen. (See page 114 for more information on text
entry.)
