In the
Configuration
panel’s Connection control group, the
Connection
menu group displays optional
sources for inputs. You will see the four local hardware inputs listed first (after Silence) in the menu as
“Input 1”, “Input 2”, etc.).
Each of the Local connections can be assigned to:
•
Follow the video source – this is the default setting.
•
A selected embedded audio source (SDI, HDMI or NDI) from among those connected to any
Video Switcher input.
•
Input 2 uniquely provides access to the analog audio inputs on AV-HLC100’s backplane, and is
available in any
Audio Mixer
column assigned to Input 2 when the Line option is selected in the
Format menu at right.
Note: Analog audio levels conform to SMPTE RP-155. The maximum input/output level is +24 dBu and
the sample rate is 48 kHz. Analog inputs comprise “line level, balanced” connections.
