At first, set the rotary switch on the front of the CompoNet Master Unit (CS/CJ-series) to 8
and power on the Master Unit.

Connect CX-Integrator to the CS/CJ-series and click the Auto Online icon [
] in the
CX-Integrator toolbar to establish Auto Online connection.
When connected successfully, CX-Integrator displays the online status and the target PLC infor-
mation in the [Online Connection Information window].

In the Online Connection Information window, right-click the CompoNet Communications
Unit under the target PLC and select [Connect].

When connected to the Master Unit, the Transfer dialog box is displayed, prompting you
to select the data you want to transfer.
Select the target data and click the [Transfer] button. Here, select [Network structure only].
Precautions for Correct Use
Precautions for Correct Use
The [Network structure and Parameters for each component] option requires a parameter
transfer time of approximately 15 seconds per node.
This means that it may take as much as approximately 100 minutes for the transfer process to
complete.

In the Network Configuration window, the network configuration transferred to the PC is
displayed.
