3.3.22 Power Supply/Sensor Board and Contact Assy
(1) Remove the upper cover assy (see 3.3.1).
(2) Remove the lower base unit (see 3.3.4).
(3) Remove the M5E-PCB (See 3.3.20).
(4) Remove the transformer (see 3.3.21).
(5) Remove the AC inlet

from the base plate

(6) Remove the screw

and remove the grounding (earth) wire

(7) Remove three screws

, and remove the power supply/sensor board

and contact assy

together.
(8) Unlock two latches

, and remove contact assy

from the power supply/sensor board

Notes : 1.
Be careful about the sensor (paper supply) when reinstalling the lower base.
2.
Make sure that no excessive force is applied to the power supply switch.
3.
When installing the power supply/sensor onto the base plate, be careful not to bend
the base plate (it is desirable to place a block underneath it to prevent bending).
