- close the gas,
- extinguish possible open flames,
- open the lid,
- if you continue to smell gas, keep your
distance from the appliance and contact
your gas supplier or the firefighters at
once.
Gas leaks could cause fires or explosions
and serious or mortal personal injuries,
or damages to things.
Do not store or use gasoline or other in-
flammable steams or liquids near this or
other appliances.
Possible unused gas bottles must not be
stores near this or other appliances.

Before using the barbecue, carefully fol-
low all the procedures to detect gas leaks
in this manual. Observe this precaution
even if the barbecue has been assembled
by the retailer.

Do not try to turn on the appliance without
first consulting the sections related to the
BURNER IGNITION in this manual.
For the regulator connection, follow the
specific instructions for your type of gas
grill barbecue.
Do not keep disconnected gas bottles
stocks under the barbecue or in its vicini-
ty.
A poorly executed installation can be
dangerous. Carefully follow the installa-
tion instructions contained in this manu-
al.
After an inactivity period, and before a
grill gas barbecue reuse, check that there
are no gas losses and that the burners are
not obstructed. Consult the instructions
contained in this manual for the correct
procedures.
Do not use flames to detect possible gas
leaks.
Do not use the gas barbecue if the gas
connections don’t have a perfect tight-
ness.
Possible inflammable materials must not
be within a radius of 100 cm around the
barbecue.
If the burners turn off during cooking,
close all the gas valves. Open the lid and
wait five minutes before turning the gas
flame back on. In the meantime, consult
the instructions for the correct ignition.
Do not use carbon, briquettes or lava rock
with the gas barbecue.
