During cooking, do not bend on the open
barbecue and don’t lean your hands or
fingers on the barbecue front edge.
In case of uncontrolled flames, move food
away from the flames until they’ve been
extinguished.
If grease catches fire, turn off all the burn-
ers and leave the lid closed until fire ex-
tinguishes.
Do not use the barbecue if all of its parts
are not correctly assembled. The unit
must be correctly assembled, following
the instructions indicated in the “Mount-
ing instructions” chapter.
Do not assemble this barbecue model in
an embedded or recessed configuration.
Not respecting this warning could cause
fires or explosions with consequent seri-
ous or mortal personal injuries and dam-
ages to things.
Periodically and accurately clean the bar-
becue.
During the valves and burners cleaning,
pay attention to not expand holes and or-
ifices.
Liquid propane gas (LPG) is not methane.
It is dangerous to convert or try to use
methane in liquid propane gas powered
units. In that case warranty wont’ t longer
be valid.
A rust or dent gas bottle can be danger-
ous and must be checked by your gas ap-
pliances supplier. Do not use bottles with
a damages valve.
Even an apparently empty gas bottle
could still contain gas. The bottle must be
moved and store with this in mind.
GENERAL WARNINGS
In no event you must try to disconnect
the gas regulator or other connections
during the barbecue use.

ant pot holders or kitchen gloves.
